Be careful about moving forward with this new company. The warranties on the machines I had with Ecoquest are no longer valid with Vollara. They could be if I wanted to pay over $200 to get my machines in stock upgreded. Something does not smell right about this whole new company. I think that Mike Jackson screwed a bunch of us--Thanks Mike!
 

That's because EcoQuest went out of business in March of 2009. You should be grateful to even have a company who will help with warranty issues. It could have been doors closed and good luck to you. If you owned the company, would you want to assume the risk of manufactured products you had no control over?
 

Yes you are correct. It is not a new comp[any name, but is a different company and completely different management.The former owners (Mike Jackson to be one) of Ecoquest do not own Vollara. Mike was forced to liquidate and close the company by secured creditors. Ecoquest as a company does not exist.

Mike Jackson put the entire company in his down line before the "sale" he is being sued for 20 plus million right now. He was at the CONvention and has a high profile place with this org ,go to rip off report and type in vollara. Go on eBay you can buy vollara units for less than dealer cost ...the dealers are screwed . The new reverse robin hood pay plan means a handful of lazy top leaders get all the money and the workers get a pay cut. Joe Urso please !

Frustrated is never a good way to live.

In many ways that's what makes Vollara so refreshing. It's honest, it teaches serving others and everyone is given a chance.
 

Honest? Hey, it's about the money... not the dealer. EcoQuest said the same thing years ago and looked what happened... it was a sell out. Mark my words... when the air starts to go out of the sales, you'll see their flag ship product - Air purifiers - selling in Walmart. And the dealers? Zip. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Think not? Anyone remember Metabolife? Look what happened to all the kiosk owner/distributors? The company wrote a check for a couple of grand and said, "Adios! We're in grocery stores thanks to you!" I know. I helped make the transition deal. When Electrolux's new pay plan starts to fall apart, I'll be looking on ebay for a fire sale. Oh, yeah. Air Fresh is already on ebay. P.S. I'm also a former sales manager w/ Alpine... I mean EcoQuest... I mean ....
 

Does anyone know where we could find information about the lawsuit? Is it a class-action lawsuit?

there is always somebody ,somewhere that has something bad to say about everything!!!!!! These people ,probably doesn't have a breathing problem,sinus problems ,copd or anything that the Fresh Air could help! I personally have problems that the machine has helped! My Husband stopped snorring after 35 years ,i have copd nd now i can breath in my home without wheezing! I don't have to dust as often because it destroys the dust mites that create dust! THE GOOD OUT WAYS THE BAD !i'v been taught ,if you can't say anything
good-don't say anything at all!
 

No matter what, a product that has had no personal injury claims throughout 30 years existence was unheard of until Ecoquest. Yes, Mike Jackson was all for the business owner/dealers, he never could catch all the "stackers" who were out to get bonus checks only, and not about building a new life.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's because Ecoquest was a Christian based company and strong belief in God worked into the mission staement that some special interest group wanted it gone! I miss the family aspects upheld by Ecoquest and the fantastic water purifiers needed by so many.
 

There's a new company that owns the rights to the technology in the machines.They're called Greentech.I dont see Vollara selling them in the future.I wonder how they will warranty these units they have left? At least they still have the water purifiers!FYI!
 

Probably the important decision you will make regarding air purifier purchase is whether you want central purifier that cleans your whole home, or room only purifier. If you are suffering from allergies interfere with your sleep then single air purifier placed in room might be all you need.

This is how I feel about what I have read on this blog...
 

Volara is no longer a mlm...or at least higher levels don't save money on units like they used to, everyone pays the same amount. I was at MGR level with Ecoquest and saved a significant amount on units, which are great technology...but their technology manager started another company and tweaked the matrix so it is better than the old version and sold without the mlm bs...so if you like the technology, which I do...you can get it without the mlm stigma by getting the unit made by the other company. I don't remember the name but there are 2 leaves on the logo...but I have COPD and I wouldn't want to live without my Fresh Air...
 

I no longer have anything to do with volara but like I just said...I still lover the tech...
