EcoQuest International Customer Service

The EcoQuest International and Heartland Select Customer Service Call Center, as well as the Best Finance Call Center, will close at 5 p.m. Eastern on Friday, 9/11/2009, in order to facilitate their relocation to the Bristol, Virginia facility. Both Call Centers will reopen at 9 a.m. Eastern in Bristol on Monday, 9/14/2009. There will not be a need to dial a different toll free number to reach either call center (800.989.2299).

In addition, the activTek offices will make the transition to the Bristol, Virginia facility at the start of the day on Friday, September 11. Therefore, the activTek Call Center will be closed this entire day. All activTek offices are expected to reopen on the following Monday, September 14.

Once the transition is complete, you will continue to use the same phone number (866.736.0503) to reach activTek Customer Service and Support, however, the fax number will change. Effective Monday, September 14, please use fax number 276.645.2727.

While EcoQuest doesn't anticipate any issues with the move, there are several computer and telephone related pieces of hardware to relocate. In addition, the telephone company is doing their part to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. Should there be an unexpected interruption in telephone service when we reopen in Bristol on 9/14/2009, we will promptly notify you via email.
