If you've been watching the EcoQuest International video messages from the Dallas Leadership Kickoff Meeting, you've seen EcoQuest Chairman and CEO, Joseph P. Urso talk about the 4 Corners of a Successful Business™ and the importance of surrounding yourself with great people and great values. As Mr. Urso tells us, it's impossible to be successful without both of these things.

As mentioned above, Mark Battista and his team in Bristol and Greeneville have been working diligently to resolve all backorder issues. Without him and the help of these great people, we could not improve and move forward toward our goal of being the very best. Mark would like to specifically thank Norlene Mathes and Mahlon Luttrel for their hard work in resolving these transitional challenges.
