A: Aerus Holdings, LLC, is a Dallas based company that was named one of the top 100 privately held companies in the DFW area by The Dallas Morning News. The EcoQuest assets were acquired by an Aerus Holdings subsidiary. Aerus Holdings invests capital and expertise in strategic opportunities. It owns an interest in Inthinc, Inc, which has developed and pioneered a system that reduces motor vehicle accidents by 85%. Aerus Holdings also owns interests in a number of independently operated direct selling companies including Aerus LLC, and Once Upon a Family. Aerus LLC (which was known as Electrolux from 1924-2003) is a direct selling, franchise organization with over 500 sales and service centers in North America. It is a member of the Direct Selling Association, where Mr. Joseph P. Urso has served on the Board of Directors.
