Say Goodbye To The Fresh Air Spectrum, Maybe
EcoQuest's Fresh Air Spectrum has not seen the sales thay the company had hoped for. This was announced a few months ago and now EcoQuest has let dealers know the Spectrum will not be available until further notice.
The Spectrum is EcoQuest's flat panel air purifier that needs no maintenance for three years and has no controls. It's possible we might see the Spectrum again in the Spring of 2007, but I'm not holding my breath. If we do see it again, it will probably not be in it's original form.

EcoQuest Customer Service - Holiday Hours
EcoQuest offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd for Thanksgiving so all their employees can get a break. On Friday, November 24th, the Customer Service Department will be open 10:00am ET to 3:00pm ET. Regular hours will resume for all departments on Monday, November 27th.

EcoQuest Fresh Air UV Bulb
The weakest part in the Fresh Air by EcoQuest is the UV bulb. The uv bulb shines on a rare metal coated screen and creates a high tech ionization that cleans your air. The bulb is guaranteed for only 90 days, unlike the rest of the unit which is guaranteed for 3 years.
Newer models of the Fresh Air, specifically the Fresh Air 2.0, no longer use the uv bulb as a separate part. But, there are thousands of older model Fresh Air By EcoQuest units on the market today and consequently need a new UV light every 90 days to 1 year.

EcoQuest VisionQuest turns out to be nothing more than a marketing push to get dealers to buy more merchandise.
While all the details aren't out yet, VisionQuest appears to be somewhat of a let down. As is usual with most MLM businesses, the focus usually ends up on the parent company marketing to the dealer instead of to the customer. This appears to be exactly what VisionQuest is. A usual outcome of this kind of marketing ends up in new dealers purchasing more merchandise than they can really sell.
More often than not, a new mlm recruit requires serious development instead of investing in their business up front. As is usual most of the people who join an MLM such as EcoQuest are barley qualified if at all. You must be a sales person and posses quality sales skills to promote any sort of product in an mlm business.
